Research Interest
I am broadly interested in biological and ecological traits of aquatic plant species usually their phenology, life history, and other aspects of their survival. Currently, my dissertation will be focused on understanding and developing foundational information for the genus Vallisneria in the U.S. This work focuses on the three invasive and two native taxa of Vallisneria that can be found throughout the U.S.
Hobbies
I avidly crochet, read, and play videogames in my personal time.
